Role Reimagine Competition Poster Version 2

Role Reimagine Competition is a pioneering initiative at Hong Kong Baptist University that brings together our innovative students and forward-thinking industry leaders to co-create future-ready roles tailored to tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.

The Concept - Beyond Problem-Solving to Role-Creation

This competition invites students to move beyond conventional problem-solving by identifying emerging challenges and opportunities facing their chosen industry, then designing forward-thinking “future roles” to address them. Drawing on real-world company visions and industry insights, students will propose creative, impactful roles equipped with the skills and competencies essential for tomorrow’s business landscape. This is an opportunity for students to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership potential to top employers, and to influence how companies will grow and adapt in the years ahead.
