Going Green in the Office

World Green Organisation (WGO) launched "Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme" (GOALS) in 2013 with a purpose to support offices to go Green in 9 stipulated aspects of operations. Apart from reducing the Carbon emissions in daily office operation, the scheme also  helps young people widen their horizons in low carbon-related job opportunities . Since 2013, over 120 university students have received tailor-made training in green office best practices, audit skills, behavioral change education, communication, presentation and reporting skills from WGO and its technical and training partners.

In this talk, Dr. Yu will illustrate how GOALS aims to bring a "win-win-win" situation to the environment, the green offices as well as the next generation. You will also learn about  how business enterprises and environmental groups work together to establish a green society . Join us to know more about how to be the future green leaders of our society!

The event will be held in English (Supplementary in Chinese), and  recognized as a CCL activity .
