GEO cordially invites you to the 1st session of the “GE Sharing Series” in this academic year! In this sharing session, our speaker, Mr. Victor Ching, a registered psychologist and experienced corporate consultant, will share his professional expertise and practical experience in engaging in inter-generational communication with the “Gen Z” in higher education and the workplace. Mr. Ching will help us understand the psychological needs of the “Gen Z”, how these may affect their behavioural patterns and thoughts in undergraduate studies and in the workplace, and their perception of other generations (e.g. Baby boomers; Gen X; Post-80s & 90s; Millennials). He will also talk about possible adjustments to teaching strategies when guiding “Gen Z” students to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds when conducting their projects and delivering services.

The details are as follows:

Date: 7 October 2021 (Thursday)
