GE Leaders Achievement Scheme

 

Dear Student Officers,

 

We would like to introduce you to a project – GE Leaders Achievement Scheme (GELAS), tailor-made for student societies! By joining GELAS, you will be designing and organizing promotional activities on GE with guidance and sponsorship from the GE Office. As the student leaders, this is a great opportunity for you to enhance your leadership skills, and creativity, as well as add to your character!

 

Why do you want to be a Student Officer?

 

★        I want to organize big events!

 

With guidance from GE Advisors, you will design and organize your own promotional activities on GE, using a maximum of HKD$2000 event sponsorship. You can organize any types of activity. It can be held separately, or as a session/part of a bigger event.

★        I want to stand out when applying for a job!

 

Every participant of GELAS will be awarded a certificate. Event organizers can also get a reference letter (with a reflective journal submitted for consideration). Throughout the project, GE Advisors will provide guidance on event organization and preparation of the professional documents, e.g. proposals, financial statements, etc. From planning, implementation to evaluation, you will have lots of experiences to share during your future job interviews!
