Leisure and Well-Being: Coping with Stress

This is an Experiential Learning Course.

 

This course introduces different approaches to understanding of stress, stress management and leisure in relation to the achievement and maintenance of a quality, balanced and healthy life at the individual, communal and societal level. Students will adopt an experiential-learning approach to reveal and evaluate the meanings, functions and roles of leisure for enhancing well-being in Hong Kong society.
