GDSS1937 Improving Mental Health for University Success

This course really can help to improve our mental health by providing methods and workshops. Many useful skills like CBT and how to identify our own automatic thought were introduced in the lecture.
On the other hand, one day camp was organized in the middle of this semester. There are lots of difficulties and problems. We have to challenge ourselves and overcome the past.
