GDSS1067 Coping with Stress


(Translation) We were asked to write an action plan and a progress report. During the lessons, I learnt about the source of stress and the methods of coping with stress. The two assignments required students to understand ourselves and found out the source of our stress, and to apply stress relief exercises, e.g. listening to music, do physical exercises, etc., as well as to record all of these in the report. These allow me to apply the knowledge that I learnt from lectures into my daily life, and they enhance my awareness towards the condition of my emotions and stress.
