GDSS1067 Coping with Stress

此課程讓學生從多方面了解壓力的成因以及減壓的方法。老師除了教授有關壓力的理論之外,亦透過一些放鬆練習讓學生了解各種減壓的方法,如肌肉放鬆練習法、冥想等。

(Translation) Students can learn the causes of stress and the ways to relieve stress from many aspects. Apart from theories about stress, a variety of stress-reduction methods and relaxation exercises were introduced to the students, e.g. muscle relaxation exercises and meditation.
