  在個人成長的課堂中,我們可以透過分享制定目標的過程令自己成長,老師亦會提供他的意見。每人都有面對不開心和壓力的時間,我們要找方法發洩和處理。如果我們把想法和情緒都留在自己心中,不懂處理的話,很容易會產生負面的後果。這科目讓我們學到這些技巧,並學會如何樂觀思考,亦提供一個機會令我們更了解自己的生活和性格,了解自己心理所受的影響,從而成長。

(Translation) In this course, we learnt by sharing our goals and experiences. Teachers provided us comments and guidance. Every one of us will be unhappy and stressful sometime. We have to find a proper way to release and handle the negative emotion. If we keep all our thoughts in our minds and we don’t know how to deal with the emotions, something bad may happen to us. In this course, we can learn these techniques and the way of positive thinking. This course, at the same time, gave us a chance to really look into our life, personality and mindset. After knowing all these, we can grow towards a better and a more positive way.
