What is the course about?

GCPE1066 aims to acquaint students with the basic knowledge and skills of Tai Chi. It also provides students with an understanding of the principles of a healthy lifestyle and means to apply fundamental sports science knowledge to analyze and enhance Tai Chi performance. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to perform the 24-form Tai Chi Chun and adopt an active healthy lifestyle.
