Re-envisioning Opportunities in GE
Essence of a GE Conference in Oregon

In late Feb, a group of colleagues attended an international conference on General Education and Assessment: Disruptions, Innovations, and Opportunities in Oregon, which was organized by the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U). During the 3 days, participants discussed how emerging disruptions in higher education are leading to positive opportunities for innovation in GE and assessment to improve the undergraduate experience for all students.

In this lunch gathering, we will have a chance to grasp the essence of the conference. Findings and fresh ideas will be shared by each of our 5 colleagues, followed by an open discussion for experience sharing.
